Our Workshops
Our workshops create an engaging and inclusive experience where participants can learn about their bodies, menstrual health, and period product options in a safe and shame-free environment.
Each workshop is tailored to meet the specific needs of the group, providing valuable and relevant information in a fun and relatable way.
Our Accomplishments
Amala Periods was selected as one of the 4 top teams in the international Lafiya Innovators Pitch Competition, hosted by Impact Hub Phnom Penh in 2023.
Our Team
I have always suffered from long, painful, and heavy periods. After years of struggling with plastic period products and contraceptives, I made it my mission to find a solution that was not only better for my body, but for the environment as well.
Amala was created to empower those who bleed to make healthier choices for their bodies while caring for the environment. Education is also important to us. We believe that more people need to learn about the importance of plastic and toxin-free periods, both for their bodies and the planet.
