How do refunds work?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds. If there is a manufacturing fault with your product within the first 3 months after purchase, we will happily offer a free replacement of the same or lower value.

What happens if I don't get my delivery?

The road naming system in Cambodia can make delivery tricky. If you have not recieved your delivery within 14 days of ordering and payment, please contact us via Facebook, Instagram or hello@amalaperiods.com.

When ordering, make sure that your delivery address, email and phone number is correct. If you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately.
