How do I use reusable pads?

Place your reusable pad on your underwear and close the pins so that the pad hugs your underwear. Use a reusable pad with your period underwear or your menstrual cup for an extra layer of protection.

How do I wash my reusable pad?

After use, rinse your reusable pad with water to wash out the blood. Place your reusable pad in the washing machine with all your laundry. Make sure you use a cold or delicate wash. Don’t stress, your reusable pad will not stain your other clothes.

If you don’t have a washing machine, you can hand wash your reusable pad with cold water.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not iron. Hang to dry.
